Kristen Anne Bell was born in the year 1980. She is an American actress and singer. Born and raised in Huntington Woods Michigan as the daughter of Lorelei Frygier (a nurse) and Tom Bell - a television director. She's an American actor and singer. The mother of Kristen is Polish and her father German, English Irish and Scottish. Kristen discovered her talents in the entertainment industry at a young age. In 1992, Kristen was the first to go to an audition. The audition was for a part on Raggedy Ann And Andy. Bell had an agent appointed by her mother before the age of 13 and was cast as a model on advertisements on television and newspapers. Additionally, she began to take private acting classes. Bell had an uncredited role in the film Polish Wedding (1998) in 1998. Bell went to Shrine Catholic High School, where she took part in both the music and drama club. The school's show of The Wizard of Oz, Bell won the role of Dorothy. Following graduation, Bell made the move into New York City to attend the prestigious Tisch School of the Arts and learned about musical theatre. Bell completed her studies in 2001, left her university studies to perform the role Becky in Tom Sawyer. That is the year she had her first credit debut as Pootie Tang. Pootie Tang (2001), however, her performance was cut and her appearance exists only in the credits sequence. Bell played in the Broadway revival of The Crucible starring Liam Neeson & Angela Bettis.
